There are certain coache🤡s whose speeches spark a fire within your belly. They make yo♓u want to run through a wall, finish your tackle through the echo of the whistle, and play like your hair is on fire.
Detroit hopes it has that in Dan Campbell, who signed a six-year deal to become the Lions’ head coach.
However, I feel like some of the tactics he suggests his team will 🌼be in on moving forward are a bit on the illegal side. And, you know, just kinda weird.

The written quote doesn't capture the levels here. Both kneecaps!

What in the world is going on in the clip ab🎉ove? Did the꧟ Lions hire the Saints version of Matt Patricia?
“This team is built on we’re going to kick you in the teeth, alright?”
“And when you knock us down, we’re going to get up. And on the way up, we’re going to bite a knee cap off. Alright?”
“And we’re going to stand up. It’s going to take two more shots to knock us down, alright? And on the way up, we’re going to take your other knee cap.”
“And we’re going to get up, and it’s going to take three shots to get us down. And when we do, we’re going to take another hunk out of you.”
That … seems extreme. And punishable by the NFL’s rulebooks! Then again, we’ve seen former Lions standout Ndamukong Suh get away with such aggressive efforts. So I guess the Bears (and everyone else in the NFC North) should watch their backs. Or, based on Campbell’s words, watch your knees.
