It’s not that the Bears need to fill in starting roles along the 🔴offensive line, but this team needs to round out the group with some useful dept🍃h.
And perhaps they’ve done th꧂at with their latest signing,♓ free agent Dakota Dozier:

Dozier, 30, has spent the last two seasons with the Minnesota Vikings. Before that, Dozier spent the first four years of his career with the New York Jets. A fourth-round pick in 3015, Dozier has 76 games (27 starts) of playing experience. In fact, Dozier was a starter at left guard for 16 games in Minnesota back in 2020. So not only is there relevant starting experience, it is relatively recent, too. In other words, the Bears should h✱ave plenty of familiarity with their new lineman.
That’s now two offensive linemen with starting experience the B🦹ears have now yoinked from a division rival. These aren’t game-changing additions. But building out an offensive line takes moves like these🐠 that bolster the depth in the building.
