Caesars has had a relationship with the Eastern Band Cherokee Indians for more than two decades so it was a no-brainer🐻 to work with the group for the online sports betting launch.
Caesars originally had a supplier’s license in the state which meant it would be able to only operate retail sportsbooks. Now, the major brand will be able to accept online bets as well.

Will Caesars North Carolina Have a Bonus or Promo?
Caesars Sportsbook has run promotions in other legal states so bettors can expect the operator to h♕ave a promo code available in North Carolina. Most likely, the sportsbook will have a pre-registration offer starting on March 1. This allows bettors to get registered and grab a bonus before the state live.
Also, bettors can expect a go-live offer as well. A common offer from Caesars has been its $1,000 first bet on Caesars but it’s unclear what the operator plans to do in North Carolina at this point.
