Big news♌, Blackhawks fans! No, not another west side rearrangement or another veteran signing a short-term contract. This is about the future! The Winter Olympics are returning to the Un🌺ited States! Specifically, the 2034 Games will be back in Salt Lake City. Big time sports summer for the kids out there. First, they land an NHL franchise. Now the Olympics? Smoke em if you got em, eh?

For those excited about this news and the prospect of watching Olympic hockey on US soil (er… ice), a reminder: by the time the 2034 Olympic Games arrive, Blackhawks star Connor Bedard will be 29 years old.

  • After spending parts of the last four seasons in Rockford, Michal Teplý is heading back to Europe. He reportedly signed a contract with Třinec, which is apparently a powerhouse. Teplý, 23, was a fourth-round pick by the Blackhawks in 2019.
