Get excited, Blackhawks fans! We’re two sleeps away from training camp opening with the first practice at 10 AM on Thursday at Fifth Third Arena. An overhauled roster surrounding the reigning NHL rookie of the year makes this a fascinating camp. Young players beginning their professional journeys give us a lot of the future watch while the present is sorting itself out.
There are some big questions that need to be answered for the Blackhawks’ players, coaches and front office. Will Frank Nazar make the NHL team? How will Lukas Reichel look? Can Taylor Hall and Andreas Athanasiou stay healthy? And what will theꦇ defensive pairs look like when the regular season begins?
Blackhawks general manager Kyle Davidson will speak to us on Thursday morning to kick off the 2024-25 campaign after the guys t🔯ake the ice for the first time.
As we get ready for camp, here’s a comprehensive Need to Know drop for Blackhawks fans. New guys and their numbers, number changes for returning players, a complete schedule of practices and games and injury updates as we have them.
