Super Bowl 58 Novelty Prop Bets: Coin Toss, Commercials, Gatorade Color

There are many ways to partake in some fꦛun for the big game on Sunday, including a variety of Super Bowl 58 novelty prop bets. Those not so into the on-field action still have a way to get involved, and Super Bowl 58 certainly has its share of betting options.

You can wager on pretty much anything happening on Sunday, from the coin toss, Gatorade color dumped on the winning coach, national anthem, and new this year – even all things Taylor Swift.

Let’s dive into the vast array of exotic or crazy Super Bowl 58 novelty prop bets you can select from on Super Bowl Sunday, giving some advice on which way to lean if applicable. For those looking to wager on the actual game, check out our prediction for the contest and how to bet.

Super Bowl 58 Novelty Prop Bets

Coin Toss ()

*Odds available at FanDuel Sportsbook at time of publishing.

There areཧ five different coin toss-related props ava🐎ilable on FanDuel depending on the state you live in.

  • Coin Toss Result: Heads -104, Tails -104
  • Coin Toss Winner: Chiefs -104, 49ers -104
  • Team to Receive Opening Kickoff: Chiefs -104, 49ers -104
  • Coin Toss Winner Wins Game: Yes -104, No – 104
  • To Win Coin Toss and Game: Chiefs +320, 49ers +260
  • Your odds for most of these besides game-winner are just like it says…. a coin toss, so go with your gut here. I’m a “tails never fails person”, myself.

    Gatorade Color ()

*Odds available at FanDuel Sportsbook at time of publishing.

  • Orange: +240
  • Yellow/Lime Green: +380
  • Purple: +380
  • Blue: +430
  • Red/Pink: +490
  • Water/Clear: +1000
  • Last year when the Chiefs won the Super Bowl, the Gatorade shower was purple and they used orange in 2020. The most used color is orange and green has not hit since 2001. You’d think red would have higher odds since both teams sport the color, (plus it’s a favorite of Taylor Swift), but the odds favor orange here.

    America the Beautiful Props

You can find a variety of Super Bowl 58 novelty prop bets on what’s going on during Post Malone’s singing of America the Beautiful before the big game.

  • Length of Song: Over 110 Seconds: -120 Under 110 Seconds: -120
  • Who Will Be Shown First: KC Player or Staff: -145, SF Player or Staff: +110
  • Who Will be Shown First: Travis Kelce: -200, Christian McCaffrey: +150
  • National Anthem Props

You can wager on several national anthem themed Super Bowl 58 novelty prop bets.

  • Reba McEntire Length: Over 1 minute 30.5 seconds: -112, Under 1 minute 30.5 seconds -112
  • Reba McEntire Primary Color of Boots:
  • Black +200Brown+325Red +350
    White +500Blue +1000Purple +1000
    Pink +1100Yellow +1400Green +1600

  • Reba McEntire primary color of Hat:
  • Red +200Brown +300Black +500
    Blue +550Yellow +800Grey +900
    Orange +1200Pink +1400Green +2500

  • Will Any Word be Forgotten or Omitted: Yes +550, No -1000
  • Will any Player or Coach Cry During Anthem: Yes: -115, No -115
  • A quick Google search resulted in very few images of Reba McEntire wearing hats, but the few I did see were brown. Her voice and style aren’t the types to hold out long notes so I lean the under for performance length on Sunday.
