With just one week until the Las Vegas Raiders are on the clock, it’s crunch time leading into one of their biggest drafts in a while. The Raiders brought in veteran general manager Tom Telesco this offseason to lead the franchise, in the hopes he can build the roster via the draft as he did for the Chargers, particularly with their first few selections.
The Raiders ended 2023 with a 5-4 record under Antonio Pierce but their defense got a recent boost via free-agent defensive tackle Christian Wilkins. They also added quarterback Gardner Minshew, but drafting a quarterback who can beat out Minshew and incumbent Aidan O’Connell should be a priority for this team. Losing rusher Josh Jacobs during free agency is a large loss, and for now, it’s looking like Zamir White will read the RB room⭕. The team’s biggest needs heading into the 2024 NFL Draft are cornerback, offensive tackle, and guard. Here’s a look at what picks the Raiders boast in 2024.
The Raiders start with lucky pick No. 13 and if they decide to stay here and not trade up or down, here🌼 are their best fits and potential first-round selections.

Offensive Tackles Mocked to the Las Vegas Raiders at Pick 13

Taliese Fuaga (OT) Oregon State University– With all the top quarterbacks likely gone here, the Raiders go with an elite tackle in Taliese Fuaga. At 6’6″, 334 pounds, he’s the prototypical size and build for an NFL tackle and he boasts the skillset to match. Fuaga’s run-game prowess is exceptional, setting a physical tone upfront. Selecting Fuaga secures the right tackle spot for the future and paired with Kolton Miller, the Raiders would feature one of the strongest tackle combinations in the league.
JC Latham (OT) University of Alabama – Latham has experience at guard as well as Tackle, so he could develop into a long-term starter wherever the Raiders need him.
Olumuyiwa Fashanu (OT) Penn State University – Fashanu may have the biggest upside of all these tackle prospects, boasting a 9.49 RAS.

Cornerbacks Mocked to the Las Vegas Raiders at Pick 13
Terrion Arnold (CB) University Alabama – Las Vegas played well defensively at the end of 2023 under Antonio Pierce, but cornerback still needs an upgrade. At 6’0″ and 196 pounds, Arnold co-led the South Eastern Conference with five interceptions and led the conference in targets ending with an incompletion (43).
Quinyon Mitchell (CB), Toledo – A solid option to play opposite Jack Jones, Mitchell h🎶as a knack for generating big plays with exceptional coverage credentials.
