49ers Primetime Games in 2024
The 49ers are scheduled to play six primetime games this season. The first beܫing in week 1 on Monday Night Football against the New York Jets and Aaron Rodgers. Their next primetime game comes in week 6 against their heated rivals the Seattle Seahawks on the road.

The 49ers reached 12 or more wins for the third time in the last five seasons in 2023 but have a difficult road to the same level of success this year. Super Bowl hangovers are real, just ask the 2020 49ers 🐷who went 6-10 after losing to the Chiefs in Super Bowl LIV. That said, San Francisco is still loaded with talent on both sides of theꦗ ball and should compete at the highest level.
49ers Record Prediction: 11-6, 1st in NFC West
San Francisco’s 2024 schedule looks extremely tough on paper. In addition to their already difficult NFC West matchups against a trio of upgraded opponents, the 49ers face seven playoff teams from last year. These games include a Super Bowl rematch against the Chiefs in week 7 immediately followed by a visit from the Dallas Cowboys on SNF in week 8.
With how difficult the 49ers’ schedule looks and an improved NFC West, I expect the division title race to be a good one and wins to be much harder to come by. San Francisco was also one of only three teams to reach 12 regular season wins in 2023 and that was with a schedule much weaker than what’s in front of them this 💝season.

The schedule includes matchups against fellow 2023 12-win teams Dallas and Detroit as well as additional 2023 division winners Buffalo𝓡 and Tampa Bay. The 49ers avoided games against Baltimore and Houston as a result of the NFL’s scheduling rotation. In the end, San Francisco faces one of the league’s toughest impending schedules but should continue their past successes with Brock Purdy under center.
