Bowl Season has officially arrived! Today is the first day of college football bowl games, which signals the official beginning of the most exciting time on the college football calendar. College Football Schedule: Saturday, December 16th
There are seven games on the College Football Bowl schedule today. Bowl season begins with the Myrtle Beach Bowl at 11:00 am. It’s followed by the Cricket Celebration Bowl an hour later. After that, we go down to New Orleans for the R&L Carriers New Orleans Bowl. Following the Carriers Bowl is the Avocados From Mexico Cure Bowl. The evening slate begins with the Isleta New Mexico Bowl. That is followed by the highly anticipated LA Bowl. Then the slate wraps up with the Radiance Technologies Independance Bowl.

This is just a fade of Ohio’s offense. Quarterback Kurtis Rourke entered the transfer portal and left for Indiana. I don’t trust Ohio on their backup QB to keep up with Georgia Southern or to score enough points to get to that over.

Florida A&M has just been a better team than Howard so far this year. As long as that spread stays under 7 I really like the Rattlers to cover. Both teams have been trending toward overs lat💮ely. Florida A&M has gone over in three of their last four while Howard has gone over in two of their last three. Florida A&M has scored 24+ points in each game this season.

I’ll take a little bit of a risk here, but Miami Ohio has been a very good team this year. They have a head coach in Chuck Martin who’s been around forever. The RedHawks are fresh off a MAC Championship win against a really good Toledo team. They’re playing with a ton of confidence, and the MAC sometimes doesn’t get the love it deserves.

It just feels like New Mexico state has more to play for here. Aggies quarterback Diego Pavia has been one of the more underrated players in college football this season, and he’s expected to be healthy for tomorrow’s game. The hook scares me a touch, but New Mexico State is very well coached and has been solid all season.

Staying light on this game. Boise State finished the season on a high note, and their interim head coach did well enough to earn the promotion to full-time. UCLA lost quarterback Dante Moore to the transfer portal and seemed to take their foot off the gas after beating USC late in the year. UCLA might win, but I like this to ෴be a close game.

The under seems like a solid bet here. Cal’s offense was largely successful when hitting explosive plays, and Texas Tech was good at avoiding allowing those. Two of Texas Tech’s top receivers hit the transfer portal so that offense should be slowed a bit too. I like the under, and the underdog.
